Yes. We will repair personal PC's through True Technologies but we will not do any house calls, free phone consulting services or remote work for personal PC's. If you are local in the KCMO area you will need to bring the PC to us and pick it up.  Please call to schedule a time of delivery.  If parts are needed the cost of those parts will need to be fronted or work will not be conducted.  Evaluation is free if we do the work. If we do the evaluation of the system and refuse work there will be a cost. If you are needing something done please call 816-226-8102 for any questions.

No.  But we are happy to point you in the right direction to get those parts. We are a strictly labor only company.  You may order parts from http://www.cdw.com or if you are a government or municiple company you can order from http://www.cdwg.com.
